Two souls, one territory: the story of the landscape in every glass
Tenute Costadoria wines come from a territory that speaks two languages: the salty language of the sea and the fertile language of the river. This duality is reflected in the winery’s two main lines: Vini di Mare, from vineyards overlooking the Gulf of Asinara, and Vini di Fiume, produced in vineyards along the Coghinas Valley.
Both lines share a production philosophy based on organic farming, sustainability and respect for the terroir.
Vini di Mare
Freshness and minerality from the sea breeze
Tenute Costadoria’s Vini di Mare are the result of vineyards cultivated on sandy soils just a stone’s throw from the sea. The sea breeze and the influence of the coastal climate give these wines a distinct freshness and marked minerality. Among the labels in this line, Marà – Vermentino di Sardegna D.O.C. stands out, characterised by floral and fruity notes with a savoury finish, and Ampurias – Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C. Infine Riserva, an elegant red with hints of red fruits and spices.
Vini di Fiume
The depth of the Coghinas Valley
The Vini di Fiume come from vineyards located along the Coghinas Valley, where alluvial soils and the influence of the river create ideal conditions for quality viticulture. These wines are distinguished by their structure, complexity and aromatic depth. Among the main labels are Altubiancu – Vermentino di Sardegna D.O.C., with aromas of wildflowers and mineral notes, and Mont’so – Cannonau di Sardegna D.O.C., an intense red with hints of ripe fruit and spices.
