Different wines, one landscape

The great treasure of the Costadoria winery lies in its complex and multifaceted terroir, capable of producing two distinct souls.
The vineyards overlooking the sea give rise to the Vini di Mare, fresh, savoury and vibrant wines. The vineyards cultivated along the Coghinas river give rise to the Vini di Fiume, more enveloping, structured and mineral wines.

This dual oenological identity allows the winery to express the full sensory variety of its territory, without artifice. The result is a coherent and recognisable collection of wines that serves as a gustatory memory of the estate.

From farming to winemaking

Organic method, natural fermentation, respect for timing

The estate’s vineyards are cultivated organically, with minimal intervention, daily observation and respect for the plant’s life cycle. Harvesting is done by hand, fermentation occurs spontaneously, without aggressive clarification. Vinification is guided by one principle: do not correct, but accompany the identity of the grape to the glass.

The materials used – steel, concrete, wooden barrels – are chosen to enhance the characteristics of each individual plot. Nothing is standardised, each vintage is different. This artisanal approach makes each wine deeply connected to its place of origin.

Tasting is discovering

Wine as a sensory and cultural experience

Tasting at Tenute Costadoria is not just about tasting: it is about listening, discovering and storytelling. Visitors can take part in guided sessions led by those who work in the vineyard every day, in the cellar or among the rows of vines, in the shade of the olive trees or on the terrace overlooking the sea. Each glass is accompanied by stories of harvests, vintages and conscious choices, and paired with the estate’s products, such as artichokes in oil, jams or simple bread and oil.
